Wine A Lot Gifts has a 30-day return policy and will GLADLY exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.

Please call our customer service department at 866-661-WINE, or email us at a2zdesign@charter.net. Please put Attention Customer Service in the subject line, and tell us the following:

1. Your invoice number and when you received your shipment.
2. The reason for the return.
3. Which action you'd like us to take: Replacement or Exchange.

• We will issue you a return authorization number. Our warehouse can only receive and process shipments with a return number on the outside of the package.

• Non-defective merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in 100% saleable condition within 30 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange or replacement.

• Be sure to print, complete, and include this return form, and place it inside your return package or box so that we know your reason and your choice of exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item was damaged in shipping to you, please call us immediately at 866-661-WINE, and speak to a customer service representative, or leave a message to let us know about the problem. Once your information is received, we will get back to you at our earliest convenience and inform you of how to receive replacement pieces. We apologize, but we are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping expenses.
